How do you install these zoomers?

If you have a t5, T7i, or any T-series camera:

REMEMBER, if your t-series camera says STM on the front of the lens, THIS WILL NOT WORK, and this will mess up your auto focus! DO NOT INSTALL ON AN STM T-series lens.

- remove camera from the photo booth

- while the lens is already installed on your camera, slide the zoomer over the lens with the handles of the zoomer facing towards you. Shimmy the zoomer until it finds the grooves to slide in. Push it all the way til you hit the stopper and you cant go any further.

- install your camera back in your booth and push the camera lens out the hole until you see the zoomer handles.

- do no pinch the handles to zoom, rather use the corners to twist it.

- installation is different

- you ahve to remove the lens from the camera

- install it from the side of the lens that goes on the camera.

- push up while centering the hole with the lens lock.

this should NOT get anywhere close to your autofocus.

Is there a warranty?

US Warranty is 90 days from the date of purcase, with a one time replacement only.

(no warranty is on the replacement)

no warranty for any international orders.

We do not cover physical damage. Only printing defects.

SLIM zoomer does not have a warranty on the handles, due to the frequency of use

Do you offer rush shipping?

We do, just buy it, then contact us directly for shipping

What are your products made from?

We use a PLA filament.

In solid form, PLA is not toxic. Polylactic Acid (PLA) is biodegradable. It is often used in food handling and medical implants that biodegrade within the body over time.

What iPads will fit the Surface Pro to Ipad Mount?

- iPad Pro 11" (A1 + A2)

- iPad Air (A2 and up)

Will these add-on's hurt my camera/equipment?

Although we test our products thoroughly, we don't install them for you and we can not be liable for the way you handle your equipment. You are buying this accessories at your own risk. However if you install it correctly, and do not force any pieces, then it would work perfectly. Our molds do no alter any of your equipment, they only add on.

It fits most photo booths that have a Lens hole opening of 78mm or more.

Return Policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy. for products in the USA, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at photobooth3dprints@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
600 Round Rock West Ste 502, Round Rock, TX 78681

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once reviewed we will refund you the cost of the item minus the cost of the return shipping. Your original shipping cost will not be returned as it will already be used. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, there is no return policy, due to the nature that it would cost more to ship versus the cost of your item.

EXCHANGES

If you failed to read the description and chose the wrong item and want to exchange, then we can do that, you just have to pay the shipping charges, back to us, and the shipping charges for the new item to ship to yourself.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
